Does anybody take interest in reading newspaper daily??

I would rather prefer watching news on television rather than reading newspaper daily. It becomes quiet tedious and boring reading it.Topics such as terrorism,political gimmicks have become common these days which makes me feel bore. I often fall asleep while reading these. Celebrity news,horoscope,crosswords,jokes,sudoku are some of the topics in newspaper i often read.So What do u like?Do u read it daily? if yes then what do u like the most reading in it??If no then what is there in it that makes u feel bore reading it?
