6-7 hours of sleep is good enough for me. Sometimes I find my self waking up 2 in the morning for about 2 hours but I go right back to sleep.

I always sleep seven to eight hours everyday. In this way, I have enough energy to work. In my opinion, when you want to sleep, you need a quiet environment that may be easier to fall asleep.

I can sleep about 8 hours at the maximum if given the chance. However I have two small children that make sure I don't get anywhere near that amound. On average I'd say I sleep about 5 hours total a night.

during weekday I can only sleep for maximum 4 hours but on weekend it can be up to 10 hours but not more than that. over slept is actually not good for health.

I can't sleep more time. If i sleep more than 7 hours, the backache starts next day morning. So usually i go to sleep after midnight and wake up by 6.30 in the morning. If the journey is more than 2 hours, i used to travel earlier. But after starting listening music during travel, i stopped sleeping while travel.

well, i really can`t sleep more than 7 hours/night. Sometimes i really sleep even less, but until the end of the week, i`ll sleep some hours on the daylight, but only if i didn`t sleep 7 hours every day. I really can sleep just a little time and then do my job again, but the next day i`ll sleep more. But it`s good sometimes, because i really need some extra hours in one day, and if i can`t have more than 24h for a day, i just sleep 2-4 hours that day , and that`s all. The rest i`ll sleep in the following days.

Maybe the quality of your sleep is not good, that's why you tend to fall asleep outside. Age has nothing to do with sleep. My mother and a lot of people older than you are still enjoy 8 to 10 hours of good night sleep. They sleep very deeply, even sleep through thunderstorm at night. I guess many people cut down on physical activities and that makes sleep quality suffer. Without sufficient physical activities, even people in their 20s and 30s can't fall sleep at night.

Well i love to sleep a lot. at a time i can sleep for 12 hours max. But i hardly get time to sleep due to lots of studies and other work, i get sleep of just 3 or 4 hours maximum, because i go to sleep at night at 3 or 4 am at midnight.and get up by 7.30.am in the morning, so i hardly get to sleep all that time i need to study and even got other work like mylotting, i am just waiting to get my first pay so that my staying awake proves something and bears some fruits of success

i did not really encountered any problem if sleeping is the subject.. i can easily fall asleep anywhere, and like you i used to open my mouth sometimes specially when i got tired.. every time i am asleep, i did not used to move in any direction, and i had only one position starting from falling asleep until i woke up. that is the reason that sometimes i feel like my neck is aching..:-(

I'd love to sleep 12 hours a day and stay up for about 14 hours a day. Now I know that that doesn't add up to 24 hours, it is more because you actually shift your sleeping schedule. I love to sleep a lot, but today's demanding world won't let us. - School - Homework - Friends - Meeetings - Church Yeah, definitely won't let us sleep anymore. but one day I'm doing to have an enjoying hour of sleep. The type of sleep that individuals get after working 20 hours straight on a project. It is a form of relaxing and enjoying life. It is a form of thinking about what to do tomorrow, appreciating the moment, and brainstorming; quiet time; more or less.
