Francis M's house was robbed during his wake..

For Filipinos who are Francis M fans... I was watching TV last night and saw the news about the robbery in the house of the late Francis Magalona. It was in SNN and they were interviewing his widow, Pia. I think this happened when everyone in the family was busy with the wake. The items robbed were laptops, cellphones and PSP. Strangely, some things were actually left behind. I think it's really disrespectful of the dead (and his grieving family, ofcourse). Some say that this is really the modus operandi of some criminals, taking advantage when they know for sure that people are not in the house. So what's your opinion on this?

Oh my god! Don't they have any helpers or any reliable person to atleast guard or take care of their home? Robbers are normal, mostly with those rich icons here but they are not tolerable..

Hi paoxav.. They live in an exclusive subdivision and they have tight security around there. I would guess the family, as well as the helpers, are busy with the wake during that time. There were a lot of visitors and I think they would need all the help that they can get.

It is really a shame that there are people who would take advantage of this situations. I really hope the person that did this would be bothered by his conscience doing this. The thing is they live in an exclusive subdivision which means that they really have tight security. The question is how did this happen?

Based from the news, they already have suspects.. These heartless robbers probably know the family or someone from the house, I would guess.

They ought to be ashamed of themselves for taking the family's loss of a loved one to their advantage. Things people will stoop down to doing when the need calls is really heartless.

To those person who robbed at Francis Magalona's wake(Master rapper,Man in manila), they should be ashamed francis M. loved the fellow filipino's with all his heart and in return those people stole some personal things during the family grieving state. Bad karma may go to those people. Francis M. you may have left but the music that you implemented to all your filipino kababayan will never fade. YO! way to go dude where ever you are..

well... those robbers will really have to wait for their karma. they don't even respect the grieving family, and even took advantage of that moment of their grievances.

Shame on us Filipinos, while others are shedding tears for losing a great patriotic countryman here are this advantageous, lazy, crooked people who just rely on other people's wealth in order to live.
