When was the last time you went on vacation?

I'm leaving tomorrow for a few days to go visit some relatives out of town, and I'm considering it a vacation, since I haven't had a getaway in over a year. I'm not one who usually needs to take vacations very often, but I'm finding this particular trip to be a very welcome one for my state of mind!
Everyone deserves a little time to enjoy themselves every now and again, regardless of whether they leave town or not -- what do you consider a vacation? When was the last time you had one?

I went on vacation with my family about two months ago.We went to Bali and visited a lot of wonderful place.The most i like was Kuta beach.So exotic.I just can't wait to visit bali for my next holiday.

The last time I went on vacation was my senior trip during highschool and that was four years ago. I went away for several days to Florida with some kids from my senior class. We haven't really done anything that was long since then. When I think of a vacation I think of going away for several days doing several fun things. I've just gone places over night and stuff. That's about it. Nothing that I'd consider a vacation.

The last time I had a real vacation was probably the winter of 2006/07. My mom, sister and I went to visit family in Japan.
We are going to San Fransisco this weekend for spring break.
