My boyfriend lives far form me, every time we should use more than 3 hours to see each other by train, as time went by, I feel tired about it, I doubt we can hold the line for a long time ,we missed each other very much. My friends ,doyou have the same situation? What do you do ? Does distance bring about beauty or making your love broke up?

coincidently,I have the same situation as you,and my girlfriend is studying in a school where is about 3 hours away from me by train, too.I don't think the distance can bring beauty for me,I thirst for living together with her all days all the times,as what you said,it brought you tired but not beauty.I work here with missing her hardly, and I feel happy ,hopeful as soon as her smiling and face breaking into my mind, because I believe there is not distance as long as you love me,I believe we will be together forever!

hi there friend.. it's really hard to have that kind of relationship.. what's holding you is the trust and love to each other.. if you can wait for the time that you will be together, why wait..yes, it's tiring but it really depends on your decision if you want to hold it or just let him go.. i don't have in that same situation, but i know how does it feel..just always pray, and always have that good communication so that your relationship will last.. hoping for the good to the bothe of you..God Bless..jus pray ok..;)

One of my best friends, his work place is so far from the college of his girlfriend. So it's not easy for them to see each other for a day,but distance make them miss other side so so much.I think if the love between you two is strong, there's no problem with distance! Bless you two!

hello friend , my boyfriend also lives far from me but we never see each other since we've get into relationship.I love him so much even he's far from me but i cant help to think what if he's with someone there? Its so hard and thinking of it makes me feel so alone. All I did was praying, hoping that I can hundle the pain if it is possibly happen and praying it would not be happen. I guess it brings your love broke up and yes it hurt then what should we do but to accept the fact.

I don't think distance will add beauty to your love, but distance is not a problem when you really love somebody. I live in India. I loved a perosn in America..from a different continent. We met online and got married two months ago. Now, I am going to move to his place. Iowa in mid July. I am excited about that and eagerly waiting for that. So, I think distance is not a problem...but, it is better that your lover is not at a distance.

I think a long distance relationship is very difficult to hold on too. But I do believe that if your love is strong enough for each other it could work. Hopefully you see him often and 3 hours is not so bad. It could be worse. Good Luck to you and I hope you could make it work

I've been in a long distance relationship before. No doubt it was very hard, especially with the time difference. i have no idea how i survived that, but i did. drove me nuts at times and made me cry too. but there are many means to keep in touch; telephone, email, IMs, digi cam..etc. i missed him a lot, every single second and wish i could see him or for him to be physically there with me, whenever i was sad or happy. you need to have a solid trust, as you're not able to see what your other half is doing. And you need to have lots of faith, enough to not make you give up on your relationship. but i believe, in the end, love is what that holds you together. if two people really love each other, no matter how far they apart they are, they'll be able to go thru the relationship. love knows no boundaries;)

i agree with u too.... i have a long distance relationship too.... just like romeo and juliet, my family dont like him and his family cos we're different ethnic... but lucky me that i'm not racist person... fisrt time when we separate was so hard...almost crying every night... but long distance relationship teach u a lot of things.... trust and faith to each others, and u'll respect ur love more than other couples... =)

My husband works away all week, and I find,as much as I hate him being away, its also nice. It gives me a chance to miss him, and when he comes home I appreciate him so much more. Mind you, its killer for the kids, My son cries alot because he "misses his daddy" But its great to see his reaction when my husband comes home after a long week away !
