red sauce or white sauce???

I like both sauce but we usually use red sauce.

Actually I like both! And I can cook both! I love Italian cuisine!

My favorite sauce for pasta is the red sauce... its also more healthy and looks yummier than white sauce though I also like white sauce but very seldom

i prefer red sauce with my pasta. i find white sauce to be a little too creamy for my liking to always have it. although i do have white sauce on occasion for a change

i preferred red sauce for they are more nutritious and healthier than the white sauce. white sauce is fattening compared to tomato based sauce. and because red sauce has tomato which contains lycopene, it is also good for your heart. it can save you from having heart problems in the future.

i prefer white sauce.. i am filipino too so i am not a fan of sour sauces.. although when i do make spaghetti, i cook it more on the spicy (not sweet and spicy) side though..

lite red if not always white, i dont like strong marinara sauce its to bitter and the stuff in the glass jars that are bought in supermarkets always has to much ingreedients, why cant they just make a plain tomato sauce without all those spices.

I like white sauce, but its more fattening than the red sauces, so I stick to the red 9 times out of 10

Personally I prefer the white Sauce but seeing as I am outnumberd in my house I fix the red sauce more often. Once in a while they have to eat my preference but they usually win the battle!

Can i have both? i like it red and i like it white too. I can't deny that sometimes i may need spaghetti just like i also like to eat carbonara. Last Monday i was able to prepare a delicious spaghetti with red tomato sauce, cheese, mushroom and minced beef into it, and it was so lovely to look at when there's garlic bread on the side of the place. On fettuccine carbonara, i do like the white all purpose cream with cream cheese and sprinkle mozzarella on top. Nothing compares also with carbonara if it does have you favorite bread and soup. I just like white sauce with my pasta if i ever eat it. i mostly avoid due to diet concerns, but if i eat i prefer white sauce whit some white steamed chicken, cheese creamy or dry, white pepper powder and garlic, mushrooms ohh it goes very well. and tastes very nice. i just love to eat it that way though, but i could make white sauce yet in a proper way but i am going to try it again once hope i do it better this time as i am dying to taste the real white sauce creamy pasta with that authentic taste bubble in it..take care
