What Do You And Your Partner Do To Relax At Night?

How do you relax in the evenings? Do you like to go out and do something, or would you rather spend a quiet evening at home? My husband and I have been spending a lot of quiet evenings at home just playing with the cat (and eachother) and watching TV. It's great to be together, no matter what we do.

I spend most of the time fighting off a jealous cat. It used to be your cat, but he definitely has a problem when you sit too close to me and insists on being in my lap.

Vlad, that's way too funny. LOL But is it funny that he camps out on your WRISTS while you're trying to type, but he generally leaves ME alone when I use the computer? There are some disadvantages to having stolen your wife's cat. Remember that. LOL I love you.

well I don't live with my partner so we talk every night on the phone, and the rest of the time I spend on the computer, that is my relaxation.

I like to relax with a good book, or on the computer, just playing some games to wind down. I go out once a week to darts at present but in the summer, I'll probably take up my evening walks again, finishing with a drink at the pub, and a chat with friends. Then, I'll come home and see what's going on online. Brightest Blessings.

Usually every night we give each other back rubs or foot rubs. While watching tv,it help us to relax and lowers the stress we have. Were we used to live we would give each other nice warm bathes every once in a while. It just helps are relationship and keeps us close.

My fiance tend to watch a movie, read, or simply talk, in order to relax. It's just a few things that we like to do together. We enjoy spending time together, probably like many couples, I imagine.

He goes to work, I get on the computer. We seldom have time together in the evening. I watch very little tv. I wish it was different. We have been married eleven years. When we were first married we both worked days, and would watch a little television at night, and I would do hand crafts or hand work while I watched. Today is our anniversary. Bob is spending it with the neighbor, because the neighbor had a project that involves part of our yard that he has been talking about for two years. Today is the day he picked to do it.

My girlfriend and I usually just curl up in front of tv, but we do try to, at least once a week, go out for dinner or a couple of drinks. She is a chef so her evenings and weekends are often taken up with work, so we try to make the most of the free time we have together.

Watching TV or a movie that is rented from the Library is a way that the two of us wind down after a long day. I guess there are more productive things that could be done but then that wouldn't be winding down to get ready for sleep would it? Thanks Zelo

It really depends on the day, the weather and what we are feeling like my friend. Usually on weekends we enjoy going for a walk, sometimes walking to the cafe etc. Other nights we like to watch tv, play chess. In the summer we tend to go for a walk more, of course LOL we usually go out with our dog on an extended walk for an hour or so.

Sometimes we'll go out to dinner and sometimes not but afterwards we'll sit and watch tv for the most part or we'll get on the computer and play some games. It really depends on what we're in the mood for and what's on tv at the time. We used to play a lot of board games but it seems to be a thing of the past now a days.

My husband and I are together every day also. We do not do a whole lot either but whatever we do, we have fun too. We usually play with the dog and hamster and sometimes we get work done around the house too.

I'm not living with my partner right now and haven't for almost a year. It's kind of complicated but we will be living together again some day. What we did when we were living together is play cards together or just watch TV or sit together and read a book outloud together. Sometimes we would go for a walk if it was nice outside. That is what I did today, with my daughter not my partner. It is the first day of spring today and the weather co-operated and it got up to +13. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice out too so we may go for a walk again. We also went for a drive and went up the Calgary Tower to have a look around the city. You can see the whole city from up there. I wish I knew how to post a picture of it here so you can see how high it is. It is way up there.

My fiance and I tend to just relax by watching t.v. or talking or even reading, we don't really like going out but when we do it's usually to Wal *Mart, or out to eat, or maybe to a friend's. We're not much for going to see a movie either. Lol, we're homebodies by nature!
