Solitaire on Windows games

Is it just me or are you also annoyed to be assigned to a PC that has Windows games uninstalled? I know that some companies are trying to restrict their employees' focus so that they'd pay more attention to their jobs, but didn't they think that we also need something to relax with and Windows games, especially Classic Solitaire, is a very relaxing game? Well if they decided to not have them installed, then they should expect that we'd be eating up more bandwidth, trying to look for alternatives!

Last year I was interviewed by someone who is a boss of his company. He asked me a question if you play game on your PC on working. My answer is Yes,of course, I can not focus on my work during whole 8 hours.Sometime when I feel tired or need to relax myself,I will play game for a short while.Fortunately ,he agreed with me and finally gived me an offer.haha

I feel your pain. Actually, due to the nature of our work, we're actually issued laptops, minus all the fun features - and yes, that includes Microsoft games. Heck, I'm even lucky to have been issued a laptop with a working DVD drive. Anyway, when we're at the office, we hardly have any alternative either, since most fun sites are blocked (even yahoo mail and gmail) and now, they actually do not allow us to store any non-work related media on our laptops. Talk about torture. That actually forced me to buy an external hard drive that I could bring along just so I won't die of boredom at clients' offices. I understand that we should focus on our work during work hours and stuff but we need diversions too - after all, contrary to our bosses' beliefs, we employees are still human after all.
