everyone has seen somebody who can't pronounce the sounds of s and x. sometimes i tend to this. my child also. it was only recently that i acquired this tendency due, i think, to my wisdom tooth. i'm not going to ask what causes this but it would be nice if you can help me. my question however is, why is it a lisp when people who are prone to this cannot sound off the letter s?
