I was at Yahoo search page and saw Tyra Banks's photo without make up, I was shocked, she looks so scary without cosmetics! When I watch the American next top model, I always think she is very beautiful as a black women.
I wonder how pretty the celebrities look without any make up. And that's why they always wear sun glasses to hide it.

Hi mermaid...I used to not even venture outside of the house without makeup on. But as I get older I've learned to let go a bit and ease up on that restriction. After all no one is perfect and these celebrities and models aren't either!

I had a silly though when I was liottle, I thought all the actress, actors can be on the TV was because they have pretty or handsome face but since I saw some of them in real person, I realized it was all fake, don't let them fool you.

Yes good make up really makes a difference. I myself dont know how to apply it very well and i'm always in a hurry so its not that much of a good job. But good make up artists can make wonders. I have received some emails with photos of popular artists with and then without make up and they really look different and not that much beautiful, just common.

Hehe, you are right MermaidIvy, some celebrities are good without makeup and some are worst without makeup. I have seen some photos of celebrities without makeup and yes, they look so different and you could not even recognize them when you bump to them.
Anyway makeup does the work very well. No wonder how well paid makeup artist are and consider the effects it gives to scary movies and such, the prosthetic makeup for such Effects are good and really well paid in Hollywood.
So i am sure the invention of makeup is really monumental and we do take advantage of it too. Well mostly, the ladies, not much on men

There are people that are truly stunning with or without makeup. I am not one of those people...although my husband would beg to differ. I feel uncomfortable to go out without makeup...I at least need some concealer, a little color on the cheeks, and some lip gloss! I love to wear makeup and to play with all the different colors and try new products.
