What was the very first online money-making program you've gotten paid from? Where was it from, how much was it for, and how long did it take you to earn it? My very first check was from Cash Crate, a GPT, and it was for $27.10 for a month's worth of activity. What about you guys?

Hi maezee.. I got my first online earnings from Ciao. I received a total of $70 for my first one month work there. Before Ciao use to pay $1 per review. I post more than 65 reviews in one month that's where I earned my 65 dollars and I was able to reach 70 dollars because we also earned from the ratings we received from other members there. My second payment comes from mylot worth 12 dollars I earned that amount after more than two months being member here. These days I still received monthly payouts from Ciao and I'm still working for my second payouts from mylot. Have a nice day..

Opps sorry for some error there what I mean to say was my second payments worth 12 dollars still comes from Ciao and I'm on my way to my third payouts there. And now after working months here in mylot I'm still working for my payout here, I wasn't able to reach payout because I can't log in frequently because I'm on my graduating year at high school. Hopefully this coming school vacation I can be more active here to finally reach my first payout here. Happy mylotting friend.

Wow! $70! It's too bad they changed their payment-system. I guess you got lucky! I hear that they don't pay per review anymore, but per rating (or something like that). Thanks for respnoding!

Wow! $27 is a lot especially for only a month of activity! myLot was the site where i got my first payment. I got $10 for two months of activity. It was really pretty hard at first. But now i can easily make $10 in less than a month with less activity. My first month here in myLot was all for quantity that's why it took me long to reach the payout. Now it's a balancing act.

Totally! I agree with you - my first myLot payment was kind of a struggle, but now that I know more about myLot & what I can do to be successful, I've gotten *better* at it. lol. Thanks for responding and happy earnings!

I think the first site to pay me was SurveySpot, a survey site. They sent me a check for around $30. Surveys are still my biggest payer though I've joined all sorts of sites since I got that first check...that kind of annoys me because I really want to be earning much more online than I get from surveys!

I'm glad you mentioned that about SurveySpot. I used to get paying surveys from them quite regularly, but now it's mainly sweepstakes entries and I've been wondering if it's just me. I wonder if they've found that there are enough people around to do surveys for free (well, for a chance at winning) that they don't need to pay people to do them anymore! There are other survey sites I like much better nowadays. I kind of got burned out on GPT. I got tired of having to create new email addresses all the time, and completing offers just isn't fun for me. Every few months I do go on an offer run and try to reach payout on one of the GPT sites I belong to just because it is profitable compared to a lot of other online earning ventures. Also, I do do surveys on Cash Crate still. I think my big mistake with GPT is that I never promoted GPT sites as much as I should have. I figured that it would be better to promote sites which allow international users and are easier to understand...I think I was wrong about that.

That makes sense to me. It's so hard promoting GPT sites on the internet - because there's really no reason to try to get international members to join - because they can only earn referral commission. I also got burned out from doing free offers. I made about $30 from them during my first month with GPT sites - and after that, they started driving me crazy. They wouldn't credit, and I was getting sick of them, so I've finally just stopped - and started doing daily surveys & trying to refer people. Daily surveys are totally worth it to me. It's not just you having difficulty with Survey Spot - they rarely send me paid surveys. By the way, have you heard of Treasure Trooper or Firehouse Offers? You mentioned that you're doing daily surveys on Cash Crate - but they only have 2. You should consider opening an account at Treasure Trooper (which has 3, higher paying daily surveys) or Firehouse Offers (which has 6, I believe). Both great GPT sites to use for doing surveys, from my experience. Anyway, you should do a little research and see what you think will work best for you.

Thanks for responding. I agree, Survey Spot is a great survey site, although I rarely get invitations for PAID surveys (the ones they send me are usually just the sweepstakes-entry ones). Also, have you been having any luck with GPT sites?

How long did it take you to reach the minimum payout there? And what's your "side job"? Care to share?
