I like PayPal better. I don't have an AlertPay, but it seems like PayPal is a more reliable one, and more sites pay through PayPal than AlertPay. My only complaints are that PayPal minimum payouts are usually at least a dollar, whereas with AlertPay you can sometimes get paid a minimum of a few cents per transaction. Also, PayPal has certain fees (a certain percentage of what you are getting paid), which sometimes can be a large portion of a smaller percentage.

OOPS! I didn't mean to post this twice! Look @ my second answer below instead of this one. I meant to say "payment" instead of "percentage" (at the end).

Paypal is highly recommendable. It is very safe. And the other thing that inspired me is they refund my payment which has been stolen from my credit card without my knowledge after proper investigation. They are very much supportive.

I don't have alertpay and I don't know too much about it. However, I've had a paypal account for several years and I'm very happy with paypal. It is reliable, secure, and has a good reputation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of opening an online account.
