The most good for the health is clean water and fresh fruit. Water is a common chemical substance that is essential for the survival of all known forms of life. In typical usage, water refers only to its liquid form or state, but the substance also has a solid state, ice, and a gaseous state, water vapor or steam. Clean, fresh drinking water is essential to human and other life. Access to safe drinking water has improved steadily and substantially over the last decades in almost every part of the world. However, some observers have estimated that by 2025 more than half of the world population will be facing water-based vulnerability, a situation which has been called a water crisis by the United Nations. Water plays an important role in the world economy, as it functions as a solvent for a wide variety of chemical substances and facilitates industrial cooling and transportation. Approximately 70 percent of freshwater is consumed by agriculture.

Yes both the foods mentioned above are good for health. Each of them has their own health benefits.Water is used to cool the body.It also helps in removing waste from the body.It also keeps the eyes moist. It is also good for clear glowing skin.fruits are very healthy and nutritious to eat.It is good to eat as a dessert.Eating fruit salad after food is very good as it has the nutrients of most of the fruits.

the only mixtures that can be seperated by filtration are ones which have an insoluble solute (solid) mixed with a solvent (liquid) like wood chips and water......styrofoam particles and water.....sand and water......cornflakes and water or milk......water and stones (pebbles)......etc
others cannot be seperated using filtration method eg....salt and water....sugar and water.....water and alochol.....water and juice concentrate......and so on

Thank you for the response, water is a basic necessity, needed to maintain a healthy body, a clear mind, and a good balance within your tissues. About 60 percent of your body is water, and you must constantly replenish the supply, as it's used continuously in the processes of life. Many people fail to drink enough of it. The standard recommendation is to drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses a day. I'm not sure you need to force that much down, but do try to drink as much as you can, and more than you think you need. While you're doing all this drinking, however, make sure you're not adding new toxins to your body. I’m interested in knowing what fruits are good for you, and those that might be bad...as being very high in sugar or other issues.
