is ciao easy to make money and safe?

I will say that this site was once a very favourite site due the high amount of payouts - as much as $1 per review for at least 120-150 or something words. But that was when they were trying to promote there site. This is what I had heard. But after a specific time, they reduced the rate to upto only $0.25. So, I think, that was the time when the popularity reduced. And then they stopped that too. I don't know exactly what happened next, but I stopped there after. And yes, one last word - no money is easy these days, pal.
