there were some verses in the Bible that contradict each other and some people take it as errors and think that the Bible is unreliable and inconsistent. do you trust what is being written in the Bible? my theology professor helped me understood this topic cause i had some troubles understanding it. we cannot deny that there are some difficulties in the Bible-inconsistency, difference from science and in chronology etc. but The Bible is a book of faith right? it was written for the believers by the believers about encounters with God so faith counts to understand it. "when it comes to faith and salvation, the Bible teaches only the truth." true?? i'd like to know your thoughts on this too.

I trust something but not all..I think there are some things what aren't really true and there are some things what are true but only metaphor. But I hope and I belive that most of bible is true because I want to belive.I know that bible was rewrited few times and I don't belive it all but I hope some of that is true. But this is on linger discussion and as Mulder said ..The truth is out there:)Nice discussion bet on a long time:)
