Bands Doing Acoustic Versions

Do you like when bands you enjoy do acoustic versions of their songs? I do. I like that you get to hear the songs in a new way, with a new vibe to them. There is a local radio station that has bands come into their studio and do one or two songs acoustic. They then compile them once a year and release a cd compilation that they sell to make money for a local charity. I like getting that cd. A band I really like, The Academy Is..., is doing an entire acoustic tour. I really want to go. I think it would be a totally different experience than seeing the whole band do a normal show.
