simple living but contented

i am living in simple life ..but living in a happy family life though we are in a financial crisis still we are happy and contented.. i am just wondering why other people doesn't know how to be contented in their lifestyle eventhough they are rich and got everything still.. they are not contented

Nice to know that you are living a simple life. I am also living a simple life here in Manila. I believe that lt is God's will to live in simplicity, having only the basic things in life so that we can have more to give to those in need. Jesus and His disciples lived in simplicity. I believe every christian should immitate the lifestyle of Jesus. We have to be contented in everything God gave us. Simplicity is the key to happy life, it is the best way to live life. The best thing in life is to live in simplicity, modesty, humility and dwell in the promoses of God.
