Are you a person who can laugh your heart out? It is said that laughter breaks down barriers between people. It smashes arguments. It cracks smiles. Try attacking your problems with laughter, they will be defenseless. People these days are busy accumulating wealth, there is a sense of discontentment and unhappiness everywhere. People today go for laughter therapy because they have forgotten how to laugh. If only they put some humor in their lives I think it will bring a lot of joy to their lives. I am so fortunate to have friends who frequently send me humorous jokes through my emails and this makes me laugh till my tears drop. I forget all my worries, pains and it brings back joy to my life. Do you like receiving jokes in your emails? What effect has it on you when you can put laughter in your daily life?

Do you really need jokes to laugh your heart out? Sometimes small things in life can bring you laughter too! I myself count me as a clown of my family. My is no different from it. We try to laugh on small small things every day. We are going through a difficult phase in our life but we don't forget to laugh every day! So, I am standing with you, laughter does help in healing and it is a good medicine!

my husband has friends like that, always sends him jokes in e-mail. it feels good to see him laugh after a long day at work. I know how much he misses the days when we still had a lot of money in the savings and could spend on anything we wanted. I keep trying and everytime I wish that the day will come when I can pay off the loans.

Yes, I agree with you that laughter can change the mood of people. When you are very sad or tensed about something and you immediately see smile of a baby, it can definitely change your mood. Laughter is healilng and it has the power to evoke joy.
