What type of music is preferable to relax while we are tensed.Which instrument is more good to hear.

I like the guiatar to listen to when I work or relax. It is really soothing to me to listen to the great artists. I like Stevie Ray Vaughn, and B.B.King. Sometimes I listen to Indian music. Just the music no words.

My favourite instruments for relaxation are piano and acoustic guitar.
Classical music such as Beethoven or Mozart are great for sitting with your eyes closed and feeling yourself being consumed by the music.
