How often/ How much do you text each day? / myLot

I carry my cellphone everywhere I go, all the time. It's very important for me, whether to just keep in touch with my friends and family, or to monitor my small business, or to get updates, if any, concerning work. So, I text a lot and very often every single day. I can't even tell how many per day! ^_^ What about you?

i usaully send around 50 text messages a day. it depends. if i am not in a good mood, i just send around 5-6 text messages a day. i dont make calls much . i prefer texting than calling cos it's cheaper. have a nice day. happy mylotting

I can say the same thing. For the past few days, I've been busy with my work in the office and at home that's why I don't get to text as often as I used to. I also don't call much using my cellphone because it's really more expensive than sending text messages, espcially since I talk a lot. ^_^

not much. people who only text me are my brother and sister. others do but it's only quotes and jokes. i don't reply to those. i only text as well if i do have a prepaid load hahaha..

I receive a lot of jokes and quotes, too. Sometimes I reply, but most of the time I don't. I may text a lot but I try to limit it to those more important things, like communicating with my loved ones, so my bill won't go over my budget.. hahah..

Hello! I am not a text addict anymore. Before I used to send about 600 text messages 300 of those are free text from my provider. But now, I seldom text. I just use it on important matters. and If it will be a long discussion, I would just call the person I am talking to. happy mylotting

Thanks for sharing, red_amethyst! I'm not a text addict myself but because I live far from my family and I have a lot of close friends and relatives and we don't get to see each other often, we just keep in touch thru text, and besides, texting is way cheaper than calling. ;)

I only text when I do not want to call the person and if I am around a lot of people because I do not want everyone in my business when I am on the phone. And also I will text someone back if they text me but that is not an all day long thing. My fingers be getting tired when I do a lot of texting.

Hmm.... If it is important, I will text, if it nonsense, I don't reply. Per day I at least 100 messages or less per day, it depends though. And there is unlitxt anyway, hehehe.

I text alot during the day. That is mainly how i talk to people. When my husband is at work, he texts me the whole time he is there. My inbox holds 200 texts & i have to empty it every day or every other day.

I consume almost a 100 txt per day, catching up with some friends and sending message to my fiance.. I consume more of that when im definitely bored---cellphone gets my attention and that keeps me browsing my contacts then text them

I not very often send a text message. I only send 5 or 6 message per day. I prefer to call them because I can hear directly what my friends say. Keep post happy myLotting...

i monitor the number of calls and messages i send because there is an allotted number of minutes and messages by my provider and i try to lessen my consumption when i am nearing the limit =) so in a month, my average messages reach up to 500 messages or more, or around 20 messages per day. but when i was younger and nothing much to do, i used to send more than 20 messages per day.
