Extreme heat might cause us what we call... HEAT STROKE and to avoid it we need to AVOID too much exposure to sun's heat and drink plenty of water. That's all I could share as a nurse... hope it did help even a bit... but your towel thing would be really helpful brow. :)

My bro I have to work on a field work usually, even it's too hot. But I bring a mineral water bottle to help my thirst. When I reach home it's like my energy is drained by the heat. I can't stand the heat anymore! I usually complain to my fiancee. First thing she'll get me a face towel that is wet to make me feel cool and a cold ice juice for me to drink bro! I am loosing weight hehehe! Anyway have a nice day to you! Miss you bro! Really do!

my sister also told me that it is very hot in the Philippines. They makes sure they have freguent baths so they will feel refresh. Turn off the lights that are not needed so the room can stay cool. Drink a lot of refreshing drinks such as fruit juices. Last year around May I was at the Philippines up to Novemebr and summer season is really hot. I too always make sure that we have buko juice and my sister always makes fruit shakes.

Its true indeed, the heat this summer is very very hot even how many time i take a bath still the same feeling. How i deal with it is that as much as possible i don't go out during 11am till 4pm. I much like to stay at my room which has a cool temperature and i wear cotton clothes which is much comfortable to wear when the weather is very hot like this. Now when i can't avoid to go outside, i make sure i protect myself like bringing umbrella or a cap. I also put suns screen and a sun glass for my eyes and also i bring water or i buy smoothies when i see one. I sometimes go strolling on the mall just to make myself cool. have a nice day!

It is also summer time in the Philippines and the heat is so excruciating! I take a bath twice a day, as soon as I wake up and another one before I sleep but it still is very hot. I've got an ice cold water always ready and most of the time I stay and bring my laptop in my bedroom because I have an air conditioner there. Luckily as I write this response, it is raining here.

Thanks God it rain this afternoon! It is really very hot specially at night. Before I go to bed I really take a bath just not to feel the heat! I usually have a cold ice water for me. I just can't stay in our room specially when my fiancee is a sleep. She can't sleep with out the lights on. So I go down stairs anyway it's much cooler! Have a nice day to you bubbletush!
