How to learn hacking?

What is the best way to become a hacker.Should i attend any course or should i visit websites and learn.can any body guide me.Is there a step by step procedure just like programming even for hacking.Please help

You don't really need to do a course, but its like a feather in your Resume. It won't get you a better pay but will get you some respect.

Its not a course that you can learn from some institute its the method to find bugs in application....
