I've found a great way to have baked potatoes with a golden, crispy brown skin and soft tasty inside. This is what I do: 1. I use small Russett potatoes and some olive or canola oil and sea salt. 2. I clean the potato with a scouring brush and remove any bad spots. 3. I stab it deeply with a fork 6 to 12 times and dry it with a paper towel. 4. I lightly coat the potato with oil then lightly salt it. 5. I bake it in the oven at 350 for about an hour until the skin is puffy and golden brown. Now that I have delicious baked potatoes what should I serve them with? What should I top them with?

I sauteed garlic & onions, add some shredded chicken br*east. Add some taco seasoning. Thats what I use to top my baked potatoes. Then I add a heaping scoop of sour cream & spinkle shredded mexican cheese on it. Also,I remember one time, I had some leftover spaghetti meatsauce. I use that too. Then I added cheese sauce, bacon bits and some chopped parsley. You can get creative. You can put anything you want, baked potato is like a blank canvas and you'll be the artist, lol!Happy Mylotting & Happy eating!
