mad at myself

i started keeping track of my kids medical stuff a few months ago i wish i did it sooner because now i cant find my 6 years old shot record so now i am going to have to go and get them again i have 4 kids and i have all but one of them, i want to kick myself in the butt for it. has anyone ever lost something like that.

I try to keep up with all mine. I have 4 kids too so its alot of Blue Forms around here. (thats what they use here in FL)...but I lost one at one time and I had to go sit at the health deparment for about 2 hours to get my daughters once when we moved and then I recently had to pick up my youngest sons copy again from the docs office because the dog had chewed it...BLAH! That I was able to call in and just pick up after 48 hours. I had to pay for it though, $10.00 for a reprint.....

thats what i am going to have to do i can get it for free when i go to his apointment it just makes me mad at myself . i thought i would of lost my 10 year olds because his are older but no i lost my six year olds insted , what i should of done is started keeping them when they where first born but at that point i really never thought about it , so i started them 10 months ago after i had my daughter , so know i just have keep up with it so i dont lose anything.

I've lost things in moves before. Just write to the doctor you saw for their shots and request a copy. They can send you one for free.

i think thats how i might of lost it 2 years ago but i never really thought about it until i started keeping track of my kids medical stuff so i never bothered to look but today i checked every where and cant find them.
