I am an artist...its been mainly local events and things that I vend at and I have worked and worked wanting my art to go further. Two weeks ago I was contacted by a new restuarant to do two panels on the outside of their building with a mardi gra theme, inside I am doing a mural of a high class lady in her mardi gra headdress. I am doing the mens bathroom with a silohette of a jazz player and doing the tiles in the womans bathroom with mardi gra masks. It's a job paying between 1500 to 2000. I was speechless

That is great news!!! GOOD FOR YOU! I have waited to be independent and live life the way I want it to be, without having to look after others. Not that I don't like looking after other people. But I just want to do what I want in life. Recently I am living in a new country and studying to be a counselor. This way I can help others too, but I can still live my own life. Before people were always advising me what to do or not to do. Everyone meant well. But I just want to be me. Take care. Wishing you all the best.

I waited almost my entire life to take a tango class and finally got to do it last year. A lot of other things happened on that day too and I am going to remember it for a long time. Where is the restaurant that wants the mural?
