What made you decide to join myLot?

I learned about the existence of myLot thru a distant friend. At first, I was hesitant because I don't believe that there's such a thing as earning-money-thru-forum-participation. But then she said that it's risk-free and that she already joined, so I told myself: Ok, I'll give it a try. Anyway, I was looking for something to do to break the monotony of my life, and I was also looking for a another way of earning. And so I'm here. I joined just a few days ago and I'm enjoying it here. Hopefully, I earn money, too. ^_^ So what's your story?

It's not fun once you've been here a while, and most people don't even get the money they've earned, because they leave before reaching the cash-out point. I would love to reach cash-out. I have only $3.57, and I can't even recall when I joined. Granted, I don't post, and post, and post every day. It's the smart discussions I'm after, and MyLot is filled with pointless chit-chat, usually the same topics being recycled over and over, like this one.

Dude, your just trying too hard reaching payout. Just try to reply on things that interests you, thats the fun Im talking about. And I agree, not all posts here are meaningful, some are just downright f*cked up but Im pretty sure there are some that you find interesting. Just try to check discussions every once in a while and disregard posts that you dont like. Thats what I do and thats fun for me.

I agree, you can't really be here to earn money, but the discussions can be interesting, and you can just ignore the discussions that you find boring.

Hi, Margarit! Thanks a lot for joining in this discussion. When my friend suggested that I join this site, I was hesitant because I thought that it's just a waste of time. But then again, like you, I spend a lot of time using the internet, so I agreed and here I am. Is your brother also a member here? ^_^

I decided to join mylot after finding the site through a work from home forum. Like you, I was skeptical about being able to earn from such a site as mylot, but after I received my first payment I was a believer that mylot really does pay. Okay, so it may take me a while to make payout, but mylot hasn't failed to pay me when I do reach it. Good luck and happy mylotting!

I read some of these after I had responded to this discussion. I noticed that one of the responders has been a member for several months, yet only has 300+ postings under them. No wonder they haven't made payout yet. And if I recall they are only sticking around until they reach payout. But at the rate they are going it may take a while. One thing I have learned is that we have to actually participate in mylot to make any money. It may not be big bucks, but so long as we continue to post we will continue to earn and be paid. Good luck and don't let any of the others discourage you.

Thanks a lot for joining in this discussion, sacmom, and for testifying that myLot is not a scam, but that it really pays. I've come across a couple of people who doesn't seem encouraging at all, espcially for a newcomer like me, and say that this site is just a waste of time because they've been here for quite a while but haven't gotten paid yet or received not that much (they're probably expecting too much, right?), and yet, they're still here... and I wonder why? hahaha.. ^_^

If you're here for the money, leave. It's as simple as that. I joined too long ago... and most of the conversations are pointless and really just not that interesting. I tried to make money from this, but I got to $3.57 after about a month of constant chatting, and I was exhausted. I really don't like the place, and the only reason I'm even here is to see if I can scavenge the money I've earned. I'm also looking to maybe drive traffic to my website somehow, and MyLot has a dense population.

i kinda needed extra money so i joined but it turns out that mylot is a slow way of earning the money i wanted. so instead of focusing on money-making, i try to enjoy mylot as a forum because i thnk it's better and you don't even notice your earnings grow. one day, you'll be surprised that you have actually reached payout. i hope i'll be received money this month from mylot. i noticed that i'm just $2 away til' payout. lol.

I got sick of the repetitive topics everywhere and left for a while. I'm back, but I doubt I'll stay for long. If the topics I'm interested in could actually get responses, I'd keep coming back, but it seems MyLot is filled with pointless chit-chat.

I decided to join mylot to making money online but until now I reach only little earning on this site and never find payout.

I, for one, haven't reached payout yet since I just recently joined myLot. But I think you just have to enjoy it here, meizyty, and don't feel pressured or stressed out over earning money because as others have said, it's going to take a while before you get it, like they did. As for me, that's what I do. Participating in discussions here is something that is fun for me. I get to know other people, their culture, way of life, etc. Of course, I also want to earn money, I mean, who doesn't, right? But somehow, earning money is just an extra or bonus for me. Thanks for responding and stay positive!^_^

Hello personaave! When I first came across myLot, I was attracted to what the one who posted about myLot said about myLot. She mentioned about how much can one earn here. In effect, she was my referrer. When I was still new, I was more concerned about the money I can earn here. After a while of being here, I have become more attached to myLot and the kind people around.

A friend told me about this site but i didn't join yet because i was on dial up that time and can't go online except at night. Now that i am on DSL, i can go online all day so i decided to register here in myLot. It's great timing for me because i was also looking for a forum site where i can join. It's been 7 months now since i joined myLot and never got tired of participating. The best thing about myLot is, i earn while enjoying.

Not a lot of video game chat on MyLot. If there were, I would probably enjoy it more. Heck, programming or flash chat would be nice.

HI Persona, When I joined mylot, only money was in my mind. But when I started exploring mylot, I got so many ideas. Now it's like a help tool for me. When I have any question or any problem I post it on discussion board and get some very good responses from other mylotters. Now I am making money from Mylot and also taking inspiration as well...

Come to think of it, there are lots of people here who would be very willing to help out and share their ideas regarding certain things. So, yeah, I agree with you. This is a very good help tool, aside from being a money-making site. Thanks a lot, Informer! ^_^

I was looking for money honestly. But then I realized it worth more than that...which is good because I don't make a lot here I enjoyed yahoo answers a lot and decided to switch on over to an upgrade of questions and answers plus dicussions and stop assuring middle school girls "yes, you are pretty in their own way, now stop putting pictures of yourself on the internet." I lean a lot, don't get points off for asking questions, and I get a lot more feedback and friendly people to talk to. The variety of topics and interests on here are fabulous too.

Hi, csrobins! Hahaha! So you used to tell school girls that they're pretty just to stop them from posting their pictures on the internet? That made me laugh. :)) Anyway, you're right. There are lots of good topics to talk about here and I'm just glad I joined this site. I found a couple of good people to talk to as well. I was also looking for some ways to earn extra, even for a little. (Who doesn't, right?) And I think it's a good way to earn while interacting with others and having fun! ^_^

Hello personaave, I was searching for online money making programs when I came across myLot in one of the forums. I searched this site a few times but decided to join after a few months. I fell in love straight away with myLot and was addicted to it when I just started. At first, it was about money but after a while, I just love the people whom I get to know here. They are wonderful and I think this site is the best that I ever came across.

Congratulations! I am here out of curiosity also. But I began to like in here. I enjoy discussing with people from all walks of life and from all over the world and it is something. Of course I am earning but cannot depend on it for survival. I have my regular job and this is a sort of stress out for me.

I came across a link to MyLot on someone's blog and, because I was looking for ways to promote my blog I figured this would be just another place to post my site's link so I signed up but I had no idea how MyLot works so I left for a while and when I returned a couple of weeks later I got a better idea how it all functions and I joined in a few discussions all the while still unaware I was earning money! I really enjoyed it here and you can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I learnt about the earning system. I'm here almost every day now.

I know this website from Internet. In fact, I didn't know such a website existed before I found it. I remeber that day I research some free topics from Internet. Then I found a person left his answer for a question. And correspondingly, he also left this website. He said this website is very good! So I've a try and open this web. Then I found it's interesting here. You can find various topics and can find friends here. From then on, I like this web very much. That's my story.
