Do you like to use sliding pad or mouse to control your cursor ?

I use the mouselet, the eraser-like plastic nub that you can find on all ThinkPads and several other laptops. It means a lot less repetitive swiping motions, more precise movement, and generally a more convenient and efficient experience. You need to replace the tip every few months, but they're damn cheap anyway, so it's no big deal.

I prefer to use a mouse..but my mouse stopped working last month and now I am very much used to the touch pad..:-) but working with the mouse is much faster..

I also use the mouse rather than the sliding pad since I play online games alot. For games like counter strike or special force its hard to use the sliding pad since playing it requires fast pace. I use sometimes the sliding pad when im browsing or out in a cafe and theres not enough space to place my mouse.

Hi, ionsquare! I prefer to use the mouse, it is so much easier! I have a sliding mouse and I don't even use it. It is so hard for me to use this. My hubbie was using the sliding mouse and I can't see how he can use this..

it's more convenient using the sliding pad of the mouse instead of using the arrow keys. it'll make my task more faster. i find it hard using the sliding pad of the laptop.

I like the mouse better.. when i use the sliding pad..... i am slower at it.. and also after some time i finger start paining... hmm... so when i bought a laptop... i couldnt stand it that i didnt have a mouse.. so i had to go to the store to buy one....

I prefer the mouse myself, it is just a lot easier, although that is only because we have all used a mouse for years now, so using a touchpad just feels more awkward.

I also prefer to use the mouse. I never liked the small pad everytime I used it. It frustrates me. I prefer a wireless mouse. I think it's much easier to use.

I am more convenient using mouse for my laptop. It makes my browsing a bit faster in my operating system. I can move fast using the touch pad but it is not the same when using the mouse. Time to time I use my touch pad but not as often if my optical mouse is attached to my laptop.

I prefer to use mouse, I am not comfortable in the sliding pad of the laptop because it takes time for me to do my work in the laptop, so I better use mouse to make things easier for me to surf the net and do writings.

I prefer mouse to control my cursor.I really hate sliding pad.It makes me really late if i handle cursor with it!

I prefer using the a standalone mouse rather than using a sliding pad.

hii there, i like to use mouse for controlling cursor position, but sometimes i have to use scroll pad or sliding pad also, which makes some type of problems in fast typing. this is the reason why i like to use mouse.
