The longest i've stayed up was about till 5 am. I was doing some homeowrk, talking to people, and just finishing everything I had to do. Right now I just finished correct 2 essays, a story, and finished writing an essay. I like to edit essays. Its like this thing i love to do. So, if any of you guys want a paper edited add/msg me. Anyway, thats not the point! My point is wen u stay up this late, what do u do?

Well I've been known to stay up for three days straight, but I am usually awake until 3am, and when I'm awake that late. I am writing in my novels, or my poetry compilations, or just randomly chatting. Sometimes I stay up til 5 and 6 am, when I'm editing for my author clients, but besides that, just the normal random stuff we do out of boredom.

When I was in graduate school I stayed up 5 days and 4 nights because I was doing an experiment that required a data point be taken every 4 hours and then the temperature turned up. Less than four hours was just not enough time to go home, sleep and get back. It was barely enough to grab a quick shower everyday and to eat properly. It was funny that on the night of fifth day I had a date(a first date with that girl) and we went to a movie of her choice which turned out to be long and boring and she fell asleep and I didn't; it being a first date no extra activities were proper. I actually had a lot of trouble getting to sleep that night.

lol thats really funny. Did you like this experiment? I'm just curious to know how you handled 5 days without sleep. Is it even possible?

I was a physics major and the experiment was part of the work I was doing for my degree; I would turn the temperature up, let it reach equilibrium and make some electrical measurements and the do it again. The only problem I had with the no sleep was my eyes got tired.

Before, I can still up late, well actually I could stay up till the next morning when my friends and I go to a party. Right now, I could stay late till 1am going online. I can't stay later than that, cause if I do, I'll be so sleepy at work the next morning! lol!

Staying up late is something I have come to avoid like plague. This is because I know the consequences of doing so.I have stayed up late a lot of times even when I have to wake up early the next day and go to work.Whenever I have stayed up late, the next day hasn't been good.Always.The next day after a night awake has been full of headaches, drowsiness, tired eyes and tiredness. My energy levels too plummet and I am not able to work at all.So much so that I need to compensate that by leaving early from work and taking a day off.Hence I have made it a point to avoid it altogether.
