Healthy or Obesity

I used to be fat after my first child, weighing 165-170 lbs. But now i am happy to shout in the world that my weight is 128-130 lbs. I didn't drink any medicine, not ever exercising but i did some technique that i find effective which you can try. I got sicked because I'm so fat before. Got high blood pressure to 170/90. My sight became blurred that i can see black spots and a big halo. I had heart palpitations and so heavy to moved from one place to another place. I'm so nervous that i decided to do something or else it's my body and health that is at stake. Eating is my hobby before, likes chocolates, cakes, spaghetti, drinking lots of softdrinks... foods, foods and foods. Realizing that anything i took would be the result of what my body will look like. Not yet late, I still have a chance. I did it so you can do it! First of all, STOP eating so much rice. Eat 1/2 cup of rice and small amount of viand. DRINK only water. 8-10 glasses of water a day. No softdrinks. If you got hungry, eat crackers in between meals but take 1-2 pc. only and water again. I did this for 3 months then continue until now... I can eat anything I want but in moderation. Do some walking in the afternoon and i tell you... in a month, you'll surely lose weight. Healthy lifestyle by eating nutritious foods is the best way you can do now! This is the way to good health and nice life! Remember, if i did it! You can do it! Happy Dieting!

This is great inspiration and I thank you!. I am not overly obese but am over weight. I have started cutting out most carbohydrates, already drink a lot of water and walk my dog three times a day or more. Soft drinks alone can add on the pounds. Congratulations for your weight loss. I bet you feel a whole lot better now! Keep up the great work.

Hey thanks this is a big help and encouragement for me since I have alot to lose I am trying for 100 this year. I have a long journey ahead of me but it helps to know that others have made it and that I can to..and thanks for the tips I will try them out.
