How to Use the 5th Amendment

The power of “presentment” is not some fanciful concept but a very real provision stated unequivocally in the 5th Amendment. There’s no legal reason why we can’t use it.
That being said, the question of how we can use it must be tackled. But always keep this in mind when the naysayers start harassing you. 25 people sitting on Grand Juries is the way we do all criminal indictments in the US. If somebody is facing the death penalty or life in prison, they must first be brought before a Grand Jury and if 13 of the 25 agree that the person should stand trial then that’s what happens.

IF THE GRAND JURY IS GOOD ENOUGH AND TRUSTWORTHY ENOUGH FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPRISON OR KILL WE THE PEOPLE THEN THE GRAND JURY SYSTEM IS ALSO GOOD ENOUGH AND TRUSTWORTHY ENOUGH TO INVESTIGATE THE GOVERNMENT FOR CRIMES.
This will be your mantra. Don’t forget it. Say it every day.
This is what you need to run with the ball, USA. If your Government is breaking laws, then start using the law that is available to you.
ISSUE PRESENTMENTS AS A FEDERAL GRAND JURY EMPOWERED BY THE 5TH AMENDMENT!
USE IT OR LOSE IT!

Politics being as politics are in this country can be a powerful force. I agree that people in government should be held responsible for their evil-doings. I just don't think there's much hope of it ever happening. They rely upon "secret" information that must remain under wraps - so they say - to prevent the truth from going public. We've been victimized by government and corporate greed and corruption, indeed, but it's not very likely that any of them will be held responsible to any meaningful extent.
Remember, even Richard Nixon's crimes went out of people's memories in a flash, and he was treated as an elder statement whose wisdom could help us improve our country. That was truly a travesty! More recent politicos will probable be lauded before terribly long, as well.
Truth can be very painful.

Yes, how true. The poor people will go to jail beccause they have no money TO PAY INSURANCE AND TAX;S EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE NOT TRIED TO BREAK LAWS BUT THE FAT CATS CAN BREAK MANY LAWS AND THEY keep coming out of the woodwork and they serve in leadership positions??? The truth is painful. It reminds me of Creedence Clearwater Revivals song, Fortunate one.1 person likes this

So sadly right! I wonder if people think that sending Bernie Madoff to prison had something to do with improving conditions? He ripped off a lot of the fat cats, but we who could never afford his scams are left suffering! And the politicians actually seem able to sleep at night!

They have been sleeping very well for so many years, when many many , of them knew what was coming. They knew what results would happen, this world wide depression was talked about long ago....Now, people are suffering and they still sleep...very, very, well. They have always slept well no matter what was happening to the people. It is shocking to realise the degrees of greed and selfishness, as well as ruthlessness that could cause this to happen to a nation. When you can barely afford to eat, they say hey we are going to tax you again....! Everyone could be prosperous under rightous Government, but when you don't have that....this happens. The stage is being set for their one world order and the reign of the antichrist.He will be quite happy in the company of the lot of them. He is very pro abortion, adultery, greed, and he likes to see the people suffer too.
