Well Spring is here and it looks like things are starting to look up for my husband and I. First, we finally found the tool we need to get our water done. We found a rental place that rents out tools for cheap. We are going to use an auger instead of a mattock because we found an auger for $12 a day and we only need it for one day. Also, an auger will make things a lot easier for us. So we will get the Auger by Thursday and we should have our water turned on by Friday, Yay! :) We are also getitng a car. I finally talked my mom into selling us her car that she wants to get rid of. She was going to junk it because my dad won't buy the part she needs and she said she isn't putting anymore money into it. My husband knows what is wrong with it and we can buy the part. She knows we need a car since we don't have one. She paid $300 for it but won't take anymore than $200 from us on payments. We can pay her $50 a month or $100 a month and we get the car before it is paid off. Also, I am on new meds that are helping me tremendously! Because of the new anxiety and depression meds I am able to write articles every day for pay. My page views are going up more and more on Associated Content and I am making good money through Demand Studios. So I can help pay for the car and help more with the bills. Also I can afford to buy my husband a nice birthday present! His birthday is April 27th and I am going to buy him the Awesome Auger that is shown on t.v. He loves to garden and it comes with a drill which he has been wanting for the longest time. It only costs $19.95 plus shipping and handling. With what I am making online, I should be able to buy it for him with Fridays pay! Mom and dad are still fighting though and I am actually hoping they get a divorce and go their separate ways. My dad is so mean and has gotten worse since he got out of the hospital. Please pray for my mom and dad for things to either get better or for them to go their separate ways. I want them both to be happy and they are not happy together anymore. It seems like when Spring finally arrives, things start to get better. DO you feel this way about Spring? Do things start to get better when the weather is perfect and everything seems so beautiful? How is your life going? :)

I'm glad some things are looking up for y'all! Especially glad you are getting water soon. I still can't imagine living without regular water in the house...I'm spoiled...lol. I'm glad the new meds are helping and you are able to write more. I know y'all will enjoy having a car to get around with too! I do hope things work out for your mom and dad. Mine were better off after they divorced. We all knew they weren't good for each other, but it took them until I was 14 to figure it out.

We had a delay with the water as usual because they changed the price on the tool we needed but we found someone who let us borrow two mattocks instead and he just brought them this morning. Once my husbands back is feeling better we will both be out there digging the hole and finishing what the water department couldn't be bothered to do for us. Oh well, at least it will be done sometime this week. Believe me, when I go to my moms and take a shower, I feel spoiled, lol. We haven't always lived this way. Only for the last couple of years. It sucks but you have to do what you have to do to get things done. It takes me longer to take a bath or clean the house because of having to carry and heat the water up but it does get done. I refuse to live like a bum just because I don't ave running water. We will have it soon. yeah the new meds are helping but now I am having problems with my health insurance so my doctor is going to have to give me samples until we get it straightened out. Hubby is talking to our caseworker now to find out what happened. Looks like because social security is taking so long to approve me that I am losing my insurance until they do. My lawyer said I won't have a hearing until July so I don't know what to do now. my doctor will have to give me samples for a while or I might have to start buying them. Problem with buying them is the generics even cost $200 each for Abilify, Seroquel, Zoloft, and Klonopin. Someone has to help me with my meds. It sucks that I finally find a good medication and this happens. Mom and dad aren't fighting as much as they were but that is just the calm before the storm like it always is. My dad always does this. He will be mean for a while and then calm down and then it starts again. A never ending cycle with them and I hate it. They are better off going their separate ways.

Forgot to add we have to find someone to haul the car down here for us. My mom won't let us drive it home until we get the part it needs. But at least we will have it and I can help pay for it. It won't take too much money to get it going so I am not worried about that. :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I will look into that if my doctor won't give me samples. I am also going to talk to Wal-Mart and see how much their generics are for the meds I need. They are usually around $4 so if I have to pay for them I will. :)

I am glad your life is on track too. It would be nice if your brother helped you out more with your mom because it is only fair to both of you.

I am so happy for you. You'll get to enjoy the rest of the year with water, and you have a car too. You sound like my daughter (she's 5) talking about my husband and how mean he is. In fact, both of my children have repeatedly asked me to kick him out. They don't spare people's feelings either, especially not her, she asked him once what he was doing here. His response was "I live here" she answered "but we don't need you, mommy can get a job to pay the bills and buy us stuff). I guess if we get divorced, at least I know how my children feel about it. You're parents will get it figured out when they're ready. What is Demand Studios?

Thanks I am happy too but some things have changed since I posted this discussion. Read my response above to the first responder. So sorry about your husband and how he is. Sounds like your daughter really knows that daddy is mean and doesn't need to be there. Yeah I hope my parents do something to fix things. They either need to separate or find a way to get along. Demand Studios is a website I write articles for. I get paid in between $5 to $15 per article. They have been giving me problems lately with rejecting articles. I think they have new editors and they are getting rather picky. It's a good thing I have a back up with Associated Content and they pay pretty decent too.
