My child did WHAT?!?!?

Children are human sponges, they are sitting there quietly listening and watching everything that goes around us. Then, when we want them to exercise the lesson they are like stone statues, not moving. However...there are times when least expected when they quip with the MOST...SHOCKING thing ever for a parent to admit to. My 13 year old daughter was really...I mean...really irked at her 12 year old brother one day and gave him what I fondly call the "international sign of peace"...aka...the finger. The three year old watches this and quietly files the situation away in his head. Just the other day, I was scolding that little boy for something he did...and he looked at me, screamed and held out his first finger in such a defiant way, it was...hilarious! But, I knew what his intentions were and gave him a lesson he'll soon never forget. So, anything your adoreable offspring or wee young one in your care ever done that made you wish walking away from a child wasn't going to land you on the 6 o'clock evening news? *Pleiades

My granddaughter who is 3 years old knows all about cell phones, i-pods, computers and other electronic contraptions. She came to my house and saw my old fashioned dial princess phone. She looked at it. She touched it. Then she asked very seriously....................."What is it??" I told her. Then she asked "How does it work??" LOL
