What's the one store...

that you can't walk out of without spending money? My family likes to go to the mall quite often. Normally we don't go to spend money. Actually half the time we go to the mall, we don't have any money to spend. We go just to walk around, especially if it's nasty out. There's isn't much else cheap entertainment in this area, so we walk around the mall, have some lunch maybe, and just window shop. I like to go into a bunch of the stores. Anytime something catches my eye, I'll go into the store, check the price of the item, and maybe browse some more items nearby. But rarely do I ever purchase anything. I can always find reasons not to purchase the items, especially if we don't have money. But there are a few stores I can't even go near because of how much money I'd spend if I went into it! Disney store is one of them! I have never once left that store for less than $50! I just love shopping there! We went there yesterday and I spent about $50 on Easter gifts for my kids. I got 3 t-shirts for $4 each, 3 dishes (2 plates and a bowl) for my youngest 2 kids for $10 all together, and a few arts and crafts type activity sets for my twins. I think it was a pretty good deal! So what store can you not walk into without spending money?

I would say Dollar Tree. I unfortunately tend to spend money in almost any store I walk into but I would say Dollar Tree I have to spend in. I usually end up spending much more than I thought I would whever I go there. It isnt too bad though since it is inexpensive I dont feel too bad about what I spenjd there.

I'm with you on the Dollar Store. Since it is so cheap, I end up going way overboard. In most stores I will talk myself out of things in order to save money, but at the dollar store I tend to say "Oh who cares if I don't really need it, it's only $1"

As I was reading the discussion, I too was thinking the Dollar Tree. I usually try not using a cart unless I am going in for particular items that I know I will need it. Otherwise, I try just to use the little basket or carry the items in my hands, because I always tend to spend more than I planned on before going in there.

YIOu did good kat. I don't have any store out here that I have to buy something - although I do like going into Pharmacies. In the US I like Walmart and the Dollar STore. I think the Dollar Store is fantastic and bought w load of stuff to decorate my baskets and for christmas gifts too. Really great. I enjoy browsing in the supermarkets in the US as there is a variety of choices to choose from. I like Walgreen's Pharmacy too. It nust be difficult living in the USA where there is so much choice and had to resist the temptation to buy.

You get used to it. I don't feel myself talking myself out of things, I'm pretty good about shopping. But I can't compair our shopping to any other country's, because I've never left the States, expect for Canada which is very similar to us.

I would have to say walmart. I am trying not to go to walmart as much and we have cut down alot on it. We now go only once a month where as before we were going 4 times a month. Its so much nicer. CVS and walgreens are my other 2 but of course I know the deal before I go in so I know I will be spending money. Walgreens might not be on my list too much longer since they are getting all these new crazy rules about couponing and such. Just when i started liking them.

I can't walk out of Walmart without spending more money than I should normally. Unless I am really broke. Then I have no choice. I think you got quite a bit of stuff for $50 at the Disney store. I have never been to a Disney store before, but I know if I went and my kids were with me I would be spending a lot.

My kids are really good about not asking for everything they see, and I'm really good at saying NO to them. I was a little worried yesterday because as we walked into the store, one of the employees handed my 2 year old a stuffed Thumper to hold onto. They were having a special on these Thumper dolls, if you spend $25 you get Thumper for $5. So I finish my shopping and head to the check out. I ask my son if he wants to take Thumper home, or put him back. I figured he'd want to take it home and throw a fit if he didn't get to have it, so hubby and I were all set to pay for it, but then he goes and puts Thumper back with the other ones, and had no problem what so ever not getting the toy.

Any store that sells purses or shoes that catch my eye, especially if they are having a sale. Target has alot of stuff I like so I usually always wind up buying something extra when I go in there for just one or two items.

I can't get out of Target or Walmart without spending around $50. There is always something on sale that I need. Or something that totally catches my eye. I love shoes and always browse the nursing uniforms. I love to buy my cat special treats. Also, I love to look at the makeup section! I don't know how to apply half of it correctly, but love to look at it.

I have a weakness for Banana Republic. At least I have their card and get rewards for shopping there, though! I love their clothes and accessories, and when they have sales and deals, they're REALLY good! When I shop with my sisters, we spend hours there... It's tough to keep us away!

My answer is Sephora. I am a skin care and makeup junkie. The store is just so tempting to me. Everything looks so neat and pretty. I usually can't go in without spending $50, but I usually spend more than that. I avoid this store unless I have the money, or mommy is buying ! I even shop online with them to...geez. I think $50 for all that stuff you got at the Disney Store is a really good deal . My mom used to always buy me stuff from there and I remember it being expensive back then. I would always get at least 2 figurines, $4 a piece for those little things. I also loved their stuffed animals, usually $20-$40 for those.

I would have to say Old Navy and New York and company I could never walk out of empty handed. I actually just went to Old Navy to get my son some Jeans and shorts and walked out with 2 Jeans for myself.. Spent more money than I wanted too but it was worth it...

I think the one store that I can't walk out without spending money is American Apparel. They have a vast selection of shirts, sweaters, pants and etc. I particularly love their colors, they are so flashy and relevant. I already have about ten shirts and five sweaters from AA. I recommend you guys to go take a look when you guys have a chance. The prices are not that expensive.

Humm, i never thought about this question, thanks for your quesiton, What store can i not walk into without spending money? I would say the shopping mall here near my place. Everytime you go in there, you will be attracted by something, could be big one, could be samll little things, either they are very usefully, or they are cute, you just can't get your eyes off it.

If going to the strip mall out west of town or going south to the mall i would have to say Oldnavy since both of those places have oldnavy. I usually can find some t-shirts for less than 4 dollars and i think its better deal then going to walmart sometimes. I can go in there and buy some cute stuff and dress it up and look cute. I went o the oldnavy out west of town yesterday and went in there to buy some new shirts for the boyfriend since hes been working and there getting dirty. Didn't find any shirts but i was excited to find his size 32 in shorts on sale that were 11 dollars and i had to buy them as they were not cheaper across the street at walmart.
