This just seems so wrong to me.

I ran across this news article last night about two sisters who were murdered by their brother recently. The brother was shot and killed by the police. What seems wrong to me is that the family is burying the two girls with the brother...THEIR MURDERER. Burying someone with the person that murdered them just seems so wrong to me. I understand that its expensive for burial plots and funerals but...that arrangement i swear is just asking for a haunting. a link to the article: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090330/ap_on_re_us/sisters_slain

I'm sorry to hear this. It is wrong for a murderer to be buried next to their victims, that is wrong. Although I am not into the whole haunting thing, it still creeps me out knowing that the person who murdered me was buried next to me if I were the victim would be crying out for some kind of justice. I don't understand these parents at all. How can they possibly justify burying a son next to the daughters that he murdered? I don't know, but it seems very sick and twisted to me.

When i read the article i got the impression he wasn't just being buried NEXT to the girls he was to share a grave. That really really bugged me - it seems very wrong to me. I'm on the fence about ghosts but this is a case that if they really do exist this is where a haunting so would deserve to occur.

Now, that just beats all reason! Not only burying their murderer next to them but forcing them to share their final resting place with the brother that murdered them. What in the world are those parents thinking? Is there no justice for these poor girls. This is so wrong on so many levels it makes me feel like hurling!

That's just wrong. If someone killed me, and that was a member of my family, I'm sure my husband would move heaven and earth to make sure that I was not burried with that person, or anywhere near them. I can't believe that this family would burry the two sisters with the brother that murdered them. In my opinion, there are certain things that trump family, and violence within the family is definitely one of them.

I dont think he deserves to be laid to rest with them either. In someways I'm totally all for the murderers and such being buried on unsanctified ground like in the past...away from their victims.
