I came across this footage of a landslide. Someone got an amazing tape of mother nature in action.

That was wild!! I would not have been able to stand there and tape that without an extra pair of clean underwear.

lol.. i'd end up getting really curious and going over to the edge to check it out. Then the mountain would slide down more and i'd get crushed due to my idiotic curiousity. XD

I'm thinking he may have, there is already a road block there so i think there was an earlier smaller slide. I'm not sure how he knew the whole thing was going to go, maybe he assumed there might be another small one after the last one. He ended up catching some really neat footage though. :)

Oh my, that is amazing. Thanks for posting the link for that. I once watched a rivers ice break up and flow down the river. That was something to see, I wish I would have had a video camera to record that. The ice was powerful, it mowed down trees and anything else in its path.

Wow.. thats amazing footage. I have never seen anything like that happen... natural disasters can be amazing sights. Just hope no one was hurt in it.

It looks like the area must have already had a small landslide sometime earlier because the road is all blocked off. I have seen it several times now and it still awes me at the force of mother nature.

The earth moves and all the creatures stop and gape in wonder...that would be nerve racking to see in person.
