The problem with corruption is the rot generates a sense of frustration among the youth who feel that the values learnt in childhood has gone to waste. Corruption breeds pessimism and weakens respect for law. Though it's victims are angry about the system but they themselves become violators due to the vicious circle. So where does this all lead too- it's a diversion of resources where only inefficiency increases. Maybe corruption in society cannot be prevented but surely punishment can be severest to root out this evil. What's your view!
