Are you one of those people who are forever hunting for coupons before buying things they need? Or are you one of those people who only buy things for which they have coupons? Or do you not care and go shopping anyways?I love it when i can find coupons and deals for things on my shopping list but i never go out of my way to actually find them. I do use them occasionally if i get something in my mailbox or due to some special purchase scheme. What about you?

I try to be. I will clip them and then half the time I forget to use them. There have been times where I have been really good though. But most of the time I will go to the store and realize I had coupons for certain things but they are not with me. So I guess the answer is yes, I do clip them, but I don't always use them. Thumbs down for me.

I am such a serious couponer it's ridiculous. I've got this coupon binder that I keep all the coupons in, and I match them up with local sales. Because of this, I get things for FREE every week I go to the grocery store. On my last trip, I got No Nonsense pantyhose, Band-Aids, Axe shower gel, and Olay soap, all for free. When I go back next week, I'll be able to get another Axe shower gel, more Band-Aids, canned cat food, Vitamin water, and Kotex pantiliners - again, all for free! I have found that couponing has made a huge difference in the amount of food that's in my pantry.

If it is for something or somewhere that I normally shop or buy I will use them from time to time, but due to gas, etc. very seldom do we go out of our way to just go buy something or eat somewhere just because of the savings unless we have another reason to be in that area as well. I am not one to Cut and save up coupons since we do forget to always use them, but when I do have one I do try and remember to use it as well.

I don't really use a lot of coupons because there are hardly any for things I actually need. I'm very careful not to buy something just because I have a coupon for it. If I don't need it, I don't get it. I do get annoyed using coupons sometimes though. Like yesterday I was at the grocery store. I bought a taco dinner thing. It had a peel off coupon on it with a picture of refried beans on it and said "buy 2 ___ __ ____ products and get $1.00 off" The beans were $1.59, so I decided to go ahead and get them. Well, I get to the register and the kid is like, "You have to buy 2 things." I said "count the things..." he says "one...two." Me: "Right....there's 2." Kid: "But the coupon says you have to buy 2 things." Me: "again...how many things do you count there? Does 2 = 3 or what? If you need your manager to read it to you, I'm sure he won't mind." Kid: "Let me see if I can get it to take it." I was annoyed to say the least.

I clip coupons for stuff i know i'm going to need or if it's a good coupon for something I've been really wanting to try. For example i've been clipping good diaper coupons and stocking up for the birth of our new son coming up.

I usually don't go for the physical coupons but I do something search for a coupon online just to check. Last night I bought something and immediately after I found a coupon. But normally I don't worry too much about that.

I used to buy staff without clipping coupons because I find it a hassle to do. But now I started to look for coupons in the mail to try to save money. I use the coupons to the local groceries stores that I get in my mailbox and sometimes I use the walmart website for free samples.

I love to use coupons, but I rarely find them for things I buy at the grocery store. I shop at Aldi's first and their items aren't the name brand (well most of them are, but without the name brand label on them). I then fill in the rest of the things I need at WalMart, and will usually buy WalMart or generic brand, so coupons don't really do anything for me. If I am buying something online (which I don't do that often), I'll always search for a coupon code first and will either get a percentage off or free shipping or something. Oh wait, I do use the coupons for Hobby Lobby all the time. Almost every week it is 40% off on one item, so I buy a skein of yarn and save $1.00. I also used a 40% coupon at Joann's yesterday and bought some sewing machine oil.

Sounds like a smart shopping plan. I recently discovered Aldis myself and though i dont like the quality of all the things there, some stuff is quite good.

Yes, I am a regular coupon clipper. In March, I saved over $64.00 using coupons. I won't use a coupon if the item is still going to cost more, unless it is a brand I really want. I especially like the free product coupons and have had a few of those lately. I do search online as well as the regular sources, flyers, etc. I find that every bit helps in these tough economic times.

No I am not a coupon clipper. I use them occasionally but mostly I look for things that are on sale to buy. Money is very tight in my family, and while clipping coupons is not a bad idea, I do not have the time each day to. I read on the news once that a lady saved 2000 dollars a year by using coupons. That is not a small amount of money. Personally, I think that coupons can help you save lots of money but I personally don't have the time to do it. Good luck!

I definatly clip coupons every sunday, but that doesnt mean i dont buy something because i dont have a coupon. I do save alot of money on my groceries with coupons, especially when some grocery stores have double or triple coupons up to $.99.

I used to clip coupons all the time, but I have gotten out of the habit recently. I really need to get back in the habit of clipping them and using them. You can save quiet a bit of money if you use them on things that are already on sale.

I am a coupon clipper for sure. I don't go crazy, though. If I have coupons, I use them only if I need the item that they're for. And if I need something, but don't have a coupon for it, I don't fret, I just get it anyway. I usually save 10+ dollars on my grocery bill by just using the coupons I have on what I need, and the rest is just normal, or what's on sale. I suppose I could probably do better, but as of right now, my system works alright for me!

Saving $10/grocery bill is great. Every bit helps in the long run.
