the best place to work?

Where in this world do you think is the best place to work? Can you name some country that are friendly, open, with many financial opportunities, has a good climate, and would be a good place to live and work?

That ideal country would have to be Australia. It is only possible for foreigners to work there if they have a working holiday visa or a work permit. I know a nurse that went to Australia on a four year work permit. I did a working holiday there. During that time I did some nannying, factory work and charity collecting. I spent time working in Sydney, Brisbane and Cairns. The climate in Sydney is lovely in all seasons except the winter. Brisbane is hot to warm all year so that is perfect. Cairns has a hot and dry then a hot and wet season. The people are friendly and honest.
