Why did they call myLot....myLot?

I have been in myLot for like 3 weeks now, and so far, I am enjoying this place. But something is bothering me or like made me more curious, why did they call it myLot?
I mean what does myLot mean? or what it's history and all. I am enjoying a site that I don't even know it's history. hehehe. I mean why myLot?
So, why did they call this site myLot? What is it's history and all? Hehehe.
Hope you can answer my question.

I signed up here 3 years ago but I only started participating a mnonth ago.
I have no idea why they call this myLot but there were rumors before that Paris Hilton owns this site

Hello taki. I have not exact idea about it, but I think that if we break the word Mylot like My Lot, I think that it could mean My Luck? Because the word Lot has the meaning of Luck. This is what I guess. I wish you to get some other explanations to Mylot. Take care. Happy mylotting.

The first thing whih comes in our mind is that it is My Lottery!
I have been here for 3 years but never been curious why they choose this name. It is good to know history behind it but they had to choose one name and I am glad that they don't used names like "Earnmoneybyposting" or "Payforeverypost". Don't you think that the name also is resposible for the success!

The name is really catching. I mean, at first first glance you can say it is just a forum and not a money earning site. Though, their objective is nice too.

I guess that mylot could mean a lot of things. It could be "MY lot" of friends...my lot of discussions...my lot of money...lol
