I am not satisfied with myself everyday.What can I do?

Every night I often review what I have done during day. But the result has always been bad.You must be willing to ask why it is bad. Actually, I hope I can do many things during day,by which I think I am not wasting my time.But things always seem bad to me.Because no matter how many things I have done today,I never feel satisfied with myself.I feel sad everyday as a result,which makes me feel so sick that I feel hard to brathe. What can I do ? I will be very obliged to hear your advice...

you are just tired of what you might be doing the whole day.. you are just feeling so worn out already because you are so busy. my advice is for you to take things off a little bit slow, be confidentt with yourself as well and give yourself a little break everytime. you are doing well, you are earning money even if it may not be your desired amount.

Besides,I am not really busy every day.Actually I all but have nothing to do on working time.I just try to find sth to do by myself.Now you maybe have got the point why I have always been feeling unsatisfied with myself.. I can relate to how you are feeling. And when I think of having to go to work the following day I feel anxious because I think about the bad things that could happen. I'd say I'm well-compensated but when you're not doing something that you want to do, you won't find happiness. But then again, happiness is a state of mind. So you have two choices. First, you can change your disposition and learn to love the things that you are doing now. Look at the bright side. Be open to new ideas you're hearing from other people. Try to live with what you have and then try to see how you can improve the situation you're in. Second, ask yourself if what you're doing now is what you want to do or to be for the rest of your life. Try to remember what you've always wanted to become when you were younger. Then try to reach that dream. Like what I said earlier, I'm well-compensated but I'm not happy because I'm not doing what I've always wanted to become. I've always wanted to be a businesswoman. So this year, I took my chances and started a small business with my friend. I'm still working because business is not stable yet; I have kids and we have to keep money coming in. But I'm being optimistic and we hope that things will go really well for us. Goodluck!

You are exactly like me.I have the similar experience.When I sit on my bed and think about what I have done in daytime.I always regret that I waste too much time.I get nothing day by day.But now I get a idea.I suggest you that you make a schedule everyday.Then follwow it,do the task step by step.When you finish all the tasks,reward yourself.This does work.Just try.

From what I've read, It does seem that you are pretty tired and yet you are forcing yourself to do so many things... I suggest you take a deep breath, and relax for 30 minutes... Think and ponder on your priorities... list them according to their importance... it could possibly help to make a checklist so that you can keep track of what you've done... Just make sure that the activities you've planned would be possible to accomplish within the time you have available, if there are a lot of activities left, you always have your tomorrow, what's important is that, the most important ones were done as you have prioritized them... ^_^ Do not forget to allot time for relaxation and for MYLOT! haha Good luck!

Hi,heyjudyer,that's not good.You are too strict demands on yourself,learn to satisfy to yourself, only if you try your best to do things,you can say to yourself: I have already made great efforts.So don't torture yourself,think you are excellent,otherwise you will always feel sad.Good luck.

It is understandable that you feel this way. But only if it is in moderation and not every day. You might be suffering a little from depression. We all feel a little stressed out from time to time and are not happy with our selves. It might just be a part of human nature. I know that I am not always happy with myself and that I wish I could be a better person or that I would have done more with my life. I am over forty now and I don't really know that I have contributed enough during my life. Then I look over what I have. I have a beautiful family. My son means the world to me and gives me great joy each day. You might need a better outlet in your every day life to feel a little better about yourself. Perhaps do something for yourself or go out for a walk. Make some new friends here and there.

Hey buddy ,why are you so depressed and annoyed with your self? you are so negative about the things around you that you find everything you do as negative or waste.Its good that you plan your day and review your day at the end of the day but the thing is either you are over ratting your self in terms of your own competency or you degrade your work.See buddy hard work never goes waste it will always come back to you as a reward.you just need to be patient and confident in yourself thats it and you will see the results yourself.

well thats a good sing , im just like u ,i too never felt satisfied ,and nothing could fill up my greed , even now i work hard to earn money and im not satisfied, but there is a difference between now and before , before i just chased behind a long term goal that would make me happy after a very long time ,but now i divided that goal into many short term goals , so when i achieve 1 i feel very happy that i have achieved something . u see some people will say that u need a brk but i no that if even u get a brk u will be willing to work more and more, so there is no solution to this . but only if u keep a longterm goal and divide it into shot term u can get some happiness . also u should have a very good frend who can understand u and will guide u all that way ,and never leave u alone . if u think this was beneficial u can pm me.

i think you should relax and stop thinking negative about thing you do or about yourself.learn to be more confidence and seek people who you can trust to help you overcome this problem.i have been on this situation couple of month before and i am desperate to overcome it.and with paatient i can now smile and be able not to think negative about mmyself or things that ive done. all the best to you...=)

It sounds like you are setting yourself impossible targets, and making yourself unhappy as a result. Here is a simple thing to try: Every morning wake up and say to yourself "today I will do something to make my life better." Then when you go to bed remind yourself what you have done. It might be that you went to work to earn some money. It might be that you went to school and learned something new. It might be that you read something interesting. It might be you made a new friend.... There are lots of things you can do to improve your life - just try to do one thing every day!

I think thats a sign of depression and boredom.Maybe you should change your daily routine...do what you like most and more productive that you wont feel bad at the end of the day.

Hey , No one is perfect in this world . God has created us with lot of defects or bugs in all sort of living beings . This is something manufacturing defects :) . Not completely Under our control . But If i see ur problem , This problem is with all the peoples . But the fact is that U r asking about urself about ur capacity and u r contineously monitoring urself daily , So u r facing this problem . This is a sign of improvement . I understand monitoring urself always hurts u lot , but on the other corner u r going to improve urself a lot . Do not worry , This is good . But everything has its own limit . Do not think too much about what u did daily . " try to do whatever possible from ur side , But do not expect any results from ur deeds " That means , do ur work with ur full and best efforts , that is the only thing which is under our control . But do not expect the resuilts . Since the results are not always under your control ....We loose happiness when our expectation is too much . Do more , expect less . take things lightly , Nothing is as impartent compared to our happiness /life . If not today , there is always tomarrow . Just enjoy the process , not the result.

i'm sure theres other things for you to do. maybe your just burned out on what your doing. when i feel like that i've found out if i just switch to other activities for a while i'll go back to the previous things later. i basicly feel refreshed and am in the mood once again.
