I would like someone to explain to me exactly how to do these tasks. Maybe it's me. But the other day i attempted one and I followed the instructions....well I got so confused. Are you supposed to list each web site you visit on the lines.... anyone else experiencing this problem of understanding the tasks?

The instructions are confusing! I did my first task the other day and it just got approved. I was amazed since I had no clue if I had done it right. I did one of the keyword tasks and from what I could tell, it looks like each search result page has 10 results...not counting the "Sponsored Results" at the top of each page or in some cases, also at the bottom. I assumed that I was to ignore those, so, I did. And I've ignored any results for images or videos. My first task I only found 1 website that met the criteria they were looking for. I didn't go to the next page in the search results at all. I did another keyword task today and was unable to find any search results that met the criteria. So, I just entered "none" in all the boxes. Guess I'll see if that gets rejected or approved. They definitely should improve the instructions on how to complete the tasks though!

I've commented on each one that the instructions are confusing. I wonder if they'll improve them???

The same thing happened with me - sometimes there aren't any links on the page that meet the criteria (especially under 50 backlinks). I've been confused as whether or not to write "none" on all the lines. Let me know if yours got accepted!!

I have also commented that the instructions are confusing. I will let you all know if they accepted my last task or not.

The "task" feature certainly is an excellent plan to extend the opportunity to myLotters to increase the earnings. But, to be honest, in my view, it is not working as intended to, because as myLotters are saying, the system is very confusing. I have looked at it too, and just don't understand what is required. The task may be excellent, but the way it is presented is the weakness. I would suggest that the system be reviewed and made simpler to understand. Thank you.

I agree. I can follow instructions usually very well...but also they don't explain the terminology like the whole back link thing... It would be nice if they had a mixture of simpler, or clearly described ones with the complex....giving every mylotter the advantage.

I feel it's only 1 website for each search. That's how it was when I did them but that was atthe beginning. I'll do another

I just did 2 more and submitted only 1 site to each. That's what was asked for as far as i could see. Now we'll see what happens.

So in other words you only put the URls if they are the site they are looking for...that part I was not clear on in the instructions....

I've done several of those & YES they are confusing!!! They tell you which Search Engine to use & what keywords to search. They even tell you what page(s) to use for your research. So far, all my searches has had ONLY one URL to enter. However, since they have 5 boxes & the instruction under #9 (I think it is) gives instructions to start over if certain parameters are met, I'm ONLY assuming that there may be an occasion where you might find more than one URL. I've submitted 4 & had 2 approved so far. Since I'm just learning how to do the tasks, I readily admit I could be wrong. I hope someone more familiar with tasks find your discussion so we ALL can learn something new!!!

All those boxes are what make it confusing IMO. I just did a couple and I submitted only ones result - we'll see

The backlink parameter always seems to narrow it down to one URL. I did one that appeared to have 2 URLs but the backlink negated one of them because it had over 500 backlinks to it & the other only had 3. If memory serves me correct, it couldn't have any more than 50 backlinks.

The instructions are very confusing. I did some and some got approved and some didn't. I only put one url in there. I don't know why they have so many lines. I've also done some of the logos that you have to resize. I've gotten credit for some and some not. I'm still waiting for one that I did three weeks ago. I don't knwo what happened with that one because I've done others since then and they all got approved. That one is still pending. I find the tasks confusing.

Regarding the search engine keyword tasks... Sometimes I've noticed that in the "tags" section (last line, below all the boxes), there is a URL that relates to the keyword given. I'm not sure what this is for? For example, in one of the tasks, the keyword was "knee pain". At the bottom of the page it says: tags: research, mclsurgeryoptions.com. Not sure what the connection is here? I like the tasks, but I'm still a bit confused about this whole thing.

Yeah me too...also I was wondering what happens after we submit and it's approved. I am sure this mainly for research for a company....but it would be nmice to know where it all goes in the WWW

do you mean adding a site link to your profile. well i've tried once but i got a little irritated with putting tags and keywords over and over. so i decided not to put anything then. haha. well i'll try again so i can help you. but you see a lot of members here can help specially those who already put their favorite sites in their profile. anyway, good luck to you and happy mylotting!
