Do you have a friend that you see everyday?

We have a friend who is part of our family. I have referred to him in previous discussions as "Uncle". That is what we call him, because that is how close he is to us. And we see him everyday. It is nothing for my hubby to come home and find "Uncle" either at the dinner table, or asleep on the couch. Today he was late. And I started to worry. It isn'tlike him not to call and say "this is the time I will be by" If you see your friend daily, and then they don't show do you get the feeling like something is missing?

No I don't have a friend that comes over everyday. But I do wonder about friends I have made online when I don't see them on or that they have made a discussion and wonder what is wrong.

Yes I see my girlfriend pretty much everyday and she's one of my best friends. I don't see my friends everyday but it's pretty darn close and I love hanging out with my friends. Being around my friends just makes me feel a lot better then when I'm alone and I think just about everyone is that way.
