Well there are two things you can do. Sign up for traffic exchanges with 1:1 surf ratio, with a 20 second view. This way 20*100 = 2000 seconds you have to invest to get 100 credits. The other way is to post comments on others blog. Get listed in blog directories and post good content. While the first way can ensure traffic the second way will get you a good following.
