What happen to my earnings

As it almost hit the 10 Dollars all my earnings were reset to zero.... Whew, it was a hard job but I lost it.... What the heck

As far as I can see from your profile, the last discussion you started or response you made was 4 months ago. The Terms state that "All unpaid earnings become unqualified when account has no activity in the past 3 months." If you have not logged it in the last three months, that will be the reason. If you have logged in more recently, then you should contact MyLot since there would appear to have been some error. Use the Contact link at the bottom of every page.

Wow I never really read this part of their terms. I do remain inactive for extended periods, for months as well, but I never lost my earnings, so perhaps I wasn't inactive for 3 months anytime. Thanks a lot for this information, I think everyone should be careful now!

I believe that it is enough just to log into your account occasionally, say once a month, if you can. You don't even need to post anything (but you might, just to be sure).

I didn't know about the 3month inactivity rule either.

I haven't checked your profile but as owlwings has said, if you have not logged in for 3 months or more, you will lose all your earnings. It is part of the conditions when you joined up. They may be nothing you can do about it.
If you have logged in within the 3 months, you may be able to sort something out.
If you find that you may not be active for a period of time, just log in once a week and just respone to a discussion once. That way you will keep your earnings and you don't spend a lot of time on here.

Very sorry to hear that, quite a painful lesson for you. Next time, comment and post a lot to reach 10 bucks, then cash out first before you go MIA for 3 months.
Or make it a habit to come back every month just to make one post or one comment, so that you get to keep the earnings.
