have you encountered a problem with your boss?

i think that being humble when you know that you've done something wrong is the best way to act.. you should respect your boss for he has authority over you.. but when your boss gets personal, being quiet wont help at all.. i've done mistakes too but i guess im lucky with my boss..he is very considerate and just reminds me to inform him first and to try to never do those mistakes again.. just take the necessary precautions next time.. :D

I guess the only thing you can do is make sure you don't make the same mistake twice. Try to be a little more careful in what you're doing, I guess, if you don't want to get yelled at again. It's too bad that your boss isn't very nice about those kinds of things, but it happens. Good luck!
