How do you not know that there is a nail stuck in your nose????

This news story says that a man had a nail in his nose for up to 30 years and he claims that he doesn't know how it got up there and that he never knew it was there. Hello? When was the last time you left your nose alone and unsupervised. How could you not feel it up there. He has to have picked his nose in the last 30 years!
He's lucky the MRI didn't suck it out through the skin or into his brain. Do you believe that he has no idea how igt got there. how could it have gotten up there?

That is a strange one. I don't know how he could have something like that up his nose for 30 years and not know how it got there.
The only explanation I can think of that he got wasted at a party in his youth and passed out and his buddies hammered one up there as a prank.
It could have even been the doctor that did it as he says in the video, "we have been buddies for years"

I cam up with the same answer zone! Though you would think his doctor would have had an occasion to take a look up his nose with a lighted magnifier. Do you mean to tell me that his doctor never noticed anything amiss? They don't say anything about the man ever having been abducted by aliens, so his nose has to have been with him his whole life. And don't you think that no matter how drunk one may be, that you would feel friends inserting a nail up your nasal cavity?

I considered alien abduction but I can't see them wanting this guy! I've also considered the possibility that he is lying or that this is a hoax. I am sure though that they have tested him by now for any stray metal objects. The question still remains, "how do you walk aroundfor up to 30 years with a nail up your nose?

Yes I do agree that his doctor should have found something odd when he examined him and yes I think you would feel a nail that size being shoved up your nose no matter how drunk you got.
It would have been kind of cool if it was an alien abduction case. Them aliens with their wacky sense of humour, wanting to baffle earths doctors

I would think that in thirty years the man would have almost HAD TO have picked his nose previous to the MRI which dislodged it. Though he is lucky that the nail didn't get sucked out of the top of his head or something by the MRI machine.

A nail in his nose? Not knowing it was there after 30 years? Well depending how small the nail was but still, after having the cold and the flu and blowing your nose you should be able to know that there was a nail stuck up there!

It is very typical thing and also this thing depends upon individual to individual because some person are sensitive where are some is totally insensitive person
