i saw a dreamworks' film named"disturbia",and a song sung by rihanna also called"disturbia",but what's the exact meaning of this weird word?

From what I can gather, "disturbia" isn't an actual term but is referring to a 2007 thriller movie starring Shia LaBeouf, a 1997 Novel written by Christopher Fowler and a 2008 single by Rihanna, from her album Good Girl Gone Bad.

It's a made up word combining disturbing and suburbia. So therefore it means something disturbing in the suburbs.
