Are celebrities good models when it comes to health and being thin is sexy?

Yesterday I got to watched this show about the hollywood celebrities who tried to keep themselves very thin, they even called it 0(zero) size, just to fit-in in those model-size clothes they wear in the red carpet. they diet to the max, other used the yoyo diet, that you will starve your self for a period of time until you reach the desired weight and some even admit that they are anorexic, to think that people, especially the young ones admire them and tend to follow them. Do you think being thin or super thin is sexy? Do they send a wrong message to their fans and followers?

Thin is not sexy, most men ike a woman with curves. But these supermodels are stick thin an it sends the wrong message to young girls. It is not easy to stay that think unless you do not eat well. It also says you are worthless unless you are thin. Little girls even at age six are saying " I am fat" how silly is that?

I do not think that they send the wrong message, if you think about it.
They are saying that if you can afford to work out 8 hours a day 5-7 days a week then you too can be called fat or anorexic, loose all privacy, and be hot just like them.
I think that they more often send a message of low self esteem and high income status than anything else.
If my child told me that they wanted to look like some celebrety I would tell them to get a good job so they can hire a personal trainer.
