What are the good qualities of true friend

What makes a true friend? I guess the years you have known each other are sign of truth, but I also think honesty and respect, along with loyalty are key.

What I feel are the true qualities I look for in a true friend,would have to be, honesty, trust, good scene of humor, unjudgmental, has to love some of the same foods as me

The good qualities of a good friend are many such as honest to you all the time, who is there for you thru thick and thin.

there are so many qualities for a person to be called true friend but one thing will definitely stand out for me and that is being able to accept me as me and nothing else, friend that will guide me and will always be there to say that life is worth living for. friend that would criticize me for doing wrong deeds. and friend that can ride with my craziness...

someone whom i can rely on, someone who will not betray me. someone who will accept me for who and what i am. true friends are hard to find though. but in my case i know i have a lot of true friends beside me. we've been friends for almost 11 years and yes there were ups and down in our friendships but once your trust, respect and love is always there for each other, you'll overcome any obstacles.:)

you can exchange your ideas and feelings with her, and she is a good listener. but everyone has private, you can't ask her to tell you all her ideas. the most important is she can't cheat you unless that's good for you .
