For me I am a breakfast person, for reasons I got use to it! I need all the energy in the morning when I go to work. Usually to I usually take my lunch late in the afternoon cause of my work. At night I don't eat to much anymore especially when I am so tired. What about you guys is it breakfast or dinner? Have a nice day to all of you!

I tend to eat more at dinner. Breakfast has always been my favorite meal, though. I love breakfast foods! I think the main reason why I eat less at breakfast is just because I often get into a hurry in the mornings, so then I grab something quick to eat instead of sitting down to a bigger meal. If I have the time though, then I love to have a big breakfast!

I do not eat breakfast. I only take coffee. I eat more food during lunch than during dinner. People are telling me that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Sad thing is I really don't have the appetite to eat in the morning. Well, I think it is just a matter of adjusting. Best to you and enjoy your meal always!

I am just like you, I eat heavy breakfast then eat my lunch in the afternoon. I seldom eat dinner at night but if I eat dinner, it should be very light like a sandwich.

It all depends on your lifestyle, the job you are doing, and nature of your body. When I was going to school I had to woke up early in the morning (my school was 07:00am to 12:30pm), so I needed light breakfast and heavy lunch. Now I am working in office which has working hours of 10:30am to 5:00pm so, I have no breakfast and lunch in two parts one before office and the other after office time. Some people's body can't digest lot of food at one time they would need to eat in time gaps.

There is a saying: Eat like a king during breakfast Eat like a prince during lunch and eat like a beggar during dinner This simply implies that we should eat less as we are near to the end of the day because those food tht we eat during night time are the ones stored as fat and are usually harmful because our body do not utilize it like those food we eat during breakfast that are converted into energy that we use up for the whole day. I am trying to do that because it is what I should be doing. :)
